Where we work
Service areas
We are based in Duncan and work the whole valley: North Cowichan and Maple Bay next door, the coast towns from Cowichan Bay up to Ladysmith, the south end around Cobble Hill, Shawnigan Lake and Mill Bay, and inland as far as Lake Cowichan.
Duncan
Downtown storm connections, rural ditches and rock pits, fir on the valley floor: Duncan gutters are cleared with every outlet checked, not just the trough.

Steep gables, dormers and roof valleys in the old town send debris straight into the gutters below. We clear the runs where it piles up and flush every downspout.

Out here a property is a house plus a shop, a barn or a carport, and every one of those rooflines has a gutter collecting maple leaves and fir needles.
Read more →Cowichan Bay
Salt-damp waterfront buildings and maple-lined farms on the estuary flats: two different gutter jobs, and we handle both with every downspout checked.

Older houses on a sloping grid, original gutters, wind off the bay and rural lots under Maple Mountain. We clear the runs and check how well they are still hanging on.
Read more →Ladysmith
On a town built up a hillside, every gutter that overflows sends its water downhill toward the next foundation. Keeping them clear matters more here.

The wettest end of the valley puts more water through a gutter than anywhere downstream. A clean trough and a clear downspout are what keep it off the walls.
Read more →Maple Bay
Steep wooded lots from Birds Eye Cove to Genoa Bay, where a blocked gutter sends water at the bank behind the house. We clear the trough and check where the outlets drain.
Read more →Mill Bay
Newer rooflines under older trees. Mill Bay gutters fill with fir and cedar litter, and valleys and stepped garages give it plenty of places to stall.
Read more →Shawnigan Lake
Heavy fir, damp air off the lake and cabins that sit empty half the year. Around Shawnigan, a gutter can fill and freeze before anyone notices it.
